That is how they make their business. They don’t find you a carrier at the cheap price they quote you and then pressure you to sign a new contract more expensive and threat to you charge a cancellation fee if you refuse to sign it. All those reviews here are fake. Please refer on real reviews on Yelp. Also, this is how one of the agent called Chester talk to their customers. I also requested to be transferred to an other agent and he just changed his voice over the phone and pretended to be an other agent. There is absolutely nothing serious about this compagny !

This is my 2nd time using Sonic Auto and also my 2nd time dealing with Christian Woods, both have been phenomenal. I am even recommending a friend use them for her out of state move.

I had a great experience when I recently used your services. I worked with David Mackenzie and he was terrific. I live in Rhode Island and was intrigued with a vehicle that I’ve seen online out in Virginia. I engage the sales team. One thing led to another and long story short I ended up purchasing the vehicle. I had never purchased a vehicle this way before and was slightly nervous about the transportation of the vehicle from Virginia to Rhode Island. This is where David came in. He was great. He was patient with me as I tried to understand the process, the cost, and the timeframe. Because of the experience with the Dealership and with David, I wouldn’t hesitate to use those services again great job by all thank you!

My experience with Sonic was amazing! I had to get a difficult car to transport (a lowered Corvette) delivered during a bad snow storm. I had a couple different transporters that were contracted by Sonic have to back out due to the weather, but David Mackenzie managed to get a driver to be able to pickup my car and it to me in a crazy fast time! David kept me up to date in real time with amazing communication. 1400 miles through a horrible snow storm and everything was exactly how they picked it up.

Iren was great, I don’t know why the process of shipping my vehicle felt so sketchy, but they sourced me a driver and my truck was delivered within the week timeline they gave me.

Bait and Switch. This company provides a "low ball" quote at 50% less than the going rate. They then provide you with all the reasons why they can not find a driver for that rate. Their contract stipulates that a cancellation fee can be charged if you cancel before five (5) business days. I am now at nine days and they are still giving me reasons as to why I have to pay the $200 cancellation fee. And that is the scam, regardless of whether they can actually find a driver for the quoted rate or not, they will find every reason to at least charge you the $200 cancelation fee. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE.

Doubling the original estimate on the day of scheduled pick up appears to be standard practice. I was told about this scam and it was true. It appears to be common practice among auto transporters. I did NOT pay that price.

The house in san antonio sold and we used sonic transportation to transport our 3 vehicles to el paso. From the very moment we contacted them the professionalism and friendliness was extraordinary. Mateo deliver our vehicles safe and sound and waited patiently and allowed us time to go to bank and pay him.
