The whole process was smooth, the car was picked up and delivered upon agreed dates and price. The driver kept me updated on ETA and was friendly during the drop off. I have use Sonic for two of my cross country moves and would recommend to anyone. Both of my experiences were very professional, efficient, and all around great!

The company did everything it was supposed to and the car was delivered without any problem. Only annoyance was that the initial quote was a bit lowballed but it’s not completely their fault because of a seasonal issue, the actual price I paid was the best I could have gotten anywhere by that date.

Sonic auto is a scamming lying company that strong arms its customers and renegotiates agreed upon contracts. They had 10 days notice to move my vehicle and didnt make it happen. Everyday they would call and leave a message saying they were working on it. 2 days before the scheduled delivery they told me they would call and give me the details and never called. So the day of the delivery it still was not scheduled i reached out only to get the run around and a bunch of sad stories from Robin about why they couldnt live up to their end of the contract. Later that day they gave me a new price 40% higher then the contract we signed. Then proceeded to threaten me with a $200 cancellation fee when i didnt agree with the increased rate that violated the contractual price and date for the shipment. Eventually Robin got me to bend since i needed the vehicle moved and they were not going to give me the agreed upon price in the contract we signed. Settled on a 20% increase in price and it was shipped a day late. So i had to take an extra day off of work to accomadate the late delivery outside the contract date we negotiated and at a higher price. The lies Robin told me that they were going to wave some of their percentage of the cost was bull$#!t cause they still took the same 20% of the final increased total even though he told me he was taking a reduced cost to make the deal work for all of us. DO NOT TRUST THIS CROOKED COMPANY AS ROBIN IS A LIER AND A CHEAT. In the end the vehicle was shipped without any damage by the carrier they found. BEWARE THEY DO NOT SHIP THE VEHICLES THEMSELVES AND HIRE RANDOM PEOPLE TO DO THE SHIPPING. Just read several other reviews and they offer the lowest price to get you to sign then wait till the day of and then strong arm you into renegiotaiting since they cant find a carrier to take the low price they lure you in with. Then strong arm you into taking it last minute or threaten to charge you cancellation fee. COMPLETE SCAM BUSINESS!!!!

I got to hand it to Jeff He true to his word and worked tirelessly on my shipment We had a few hiccups, but not due to his efforts...I commend him on his diligence and commitment. I would recommend him to anyone and seek him out again.

David was an absolute lifesaver when it came to moving my niece’s car from Missouri to Virginia. He went above and beyond, explaining every step in detail and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Nothing but awesome things to say about our experience. Paul Watson made sure our vehicle made it safely to it’s destination with no issues. We appreciated the “keep it safe“ weather delay in the best interest of the vehicle and investment. Safe and trustworthy! Would absolutely use again!

Beware! Don't use a broker, go straight to a reputable driver owned company. Started well with a reasonable signed quote. Next day, at time of pickup, extorted into 60% higher cost!! take it or leave it. Then the misinformation continued. Reasons for being late, false information, careless or inaccurate responses to then the ghosting. Repeated calls go unanswered, calls to management never returned. Just needed honest answers, there were none to be had with them. Save yourself the headache and stay away from Sonic.

Robin was there to help answer all my questions and get me the best deal. He was kind and honest. Great company would highly recommend!
