I got a significant increase on price at the last minute, also a delay on the pick-up date with no notification (I found it until I called them), this made my trip a little more complicate by getting a person to give the car, since I was already out of town, it was only one day delay, but with early notification, I could do something easier

Ariana provided an excellent services. Great communication, they were on time with pick up and drop off of my vehicle and it was delivered same day from Miami to Orlando. Great price and service! Once again, thank you Ariana! Definitely recommend to anyone

The company provided me with all information and updates in shipping my automobile across country. Everyone was on top of providing me with everything I needed to feel comfortable. Reached out to Sonic to have my car transported from OR to IL. Luke was able to find me a driver very quickly for my exact pick up and delivery dates. The price was good. Communication throughout the process was stellar with both Luke and the driver who transported the vehicle.

My experience is with Ariana Moretti. She tried the classic bait and switch, where she first gave a quote of $200-250, and then once I signed with her and was locked in to confirm a driver, raised the price to $1250. Not only did she raise the price that made even other companies and drivers scoff and frown, but she was suddenly not reachable to both me and the driver after I was locked in a contract. She did not answer the texts and questions both the driver and I sent, which ended up inconveniencing me and costing me more money. Overall, my car was delivered, albeit a few days later than expected, but I do not feel my broker worked hard to secure a driver for me. I will not work with this company again as I cannot get past the egregiously unethical attempted bait and switch and the number of days it took the broker to secure a driver. This wasn’t the first time having my car shipped and this is one of the worst experience, which is surprising given the company’s high rating. I do not recommend this company, at least not Ariana M.
