* edit with reply to company saying i canceled I have screen shots of our messages. Your driver canceled thursday and on friday. You guys did not message me untill the following Wednesday saying you were still looking for new driver. The dates are there in the messages i did not cancel i asked for a refund since it had already been 5 days and still no new carrier was assigned. Stop lying!!! Booked contract on a wednesday that it would be picked up next day Thursday. So thursday is 1 day. Then friday is 2 days. Then following monday is 3 days. Then tuesday is 4 days. Then wednesday the day you guys said you are still looking for a driver is 5 business days. You guys are crooks. Order # 21038555 Booked sonic for a car haul on wednesday june 25th and told them i needed it picked up by july 3rd. and they said they can pickup next morning thursday the 26th. Next morning thursday came then they pushed it to later that day. Then they pushed it to next day friday. Then next day friday carrier said they were not able to pick up vehicle. 5 days later july 3rd they message me saying they are still looking for a driver. I told them i wanted a refund as it still hasnt been picked up and i needed it picked up as i was getting charged storage fees and after july 3rd they would mark it as an abandonment. They ended up canceling and charging my card $200. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
