Short time to wait to speak to an advisor. The advisor was extremely helpful and professional in dealing with my enquiry.
To be able to speak to someone, but I had a poor connection with background noise. Hopefully everything will be in place, having no charges being within 40 ish days, as stipulated on previous e mail. It would be easier if future changes did not involve long telephone conversations.

I have been with So Energy for a good few years noe and have been happy with the service provided. In october 2024 I had solar panels fitted and had to wait till early 2025 to receive the MCS Certifacate. on reciept of the certificate I rang So Energy to setup a SEG Tariff this was the start of my problems. So Energy emailed me with instructions to email a copy of the MCS Certifacate and proof of ownership both were sent as requested. never received any correspondence back so I called them they said I would receive a call from their energy team this happend on three or four occasions leaving weeks between them. I did eventually receive a email with a link to a form to fill in I thought I would finally get this sorted ye right not so. on filling in the form uploaded the MCS Certificate proof of ownership and now they ask to attatch a copy of the G59/G83/G98,G99 form or responce sent to the DNO ( Distribution Network Operator ) so I phoned the installers of the pannels asked them for a coppy of one of the above or both. the installer called me back a few days later and said they have never had any other energy company ask for those befor and told me they could not help. back on to So Energy again promised call back from their enrgy team numerous times nevr happens so I called today customer sevice told me they cant help so I asked to be put through to complaint cant do that ether what a shambles this company is becoming so now I need to find another suplier. If you get solar panels Iwould move to different supplier first 8 months on and still not setup shamful So Energy.
