I sold my property in Isleworth through Snellers St Margarets. The team were brilliant from start to finish, providing regular communication and managing my sale with professionalism whilst also making the process enjoyable. A sale was made quickly and the process was fast and efficient. I’m already moved and in my new home faster than expected. Hitesh Patel looked after the sale and was a pleasure to liaise with. His advice and support guided me through selling my first property making it a straight forward process. He kept in regular contact with my solicitor and got back to me quickly with messages from the buyers. Hitesh was always happy to answer any queries I had. Andy and Dyaun in the Snellers office were also a pleasure to liaise with and gave a great deal of helpful information and support. I would not hesitate to sell with Snellers again in the future, they are an excellent team of estate agents.

Few months ago we found a property in Twickenham through Snellers. For the past three - four weeks there were a number of isues that needed to be addressed. We called Charlotte Nugent who is the Property Manger looking after our property.All issues that we brought to her attention were attended straight away and fixed within very short period of time. For the past 10 years we have been dealing with several Property Agents and Charlotte proved to be one of the most reliable and professional people that we have ever met. We recently moved in to a property in Hampton, Bella Kolaczynska is our property agent, on the day we were moving she called to introduce herself which was a lovely start. We have had quite a few problems with the place since moving in but Bella has kindly liaised with the landlord and sorted everything out for us, we are on our last issue now, so thanks Bella for putting our home back together you have been wonderful, I am just glad to know you are on the end of the phone. Since we moved into 4 Callington Mews in Twickenham, Snellers have been very helpful. Charlotte Nugent has especially been a big help to us. She's quick to respond to any issues we raise via email and does her best to bring about a solution in good time. She is a very helpful member of the Snellers team.

Isabella is a great property manager . She recently took over from my previous property mgr (who was also fantastic) I am an overseas landlord and she made the effort to meet me when I was back in UK so she could introduce herself. She is communicative and checks in regularly to make sure all is ok. This is v reassuring to an overseas landlord so we can be kept informed. When I asked her to send photos of a recent renovation that had to be done on my property she obliged in a very timely manner. 5* service!
