Matthew at Teddington Snellers has been fantastic throughout our search for a property and even personally delivered Car Parking Permits when I was in need. He has been willing to answer my questions and guide me through the process as a first time tenant. Matthew is an asset to the team and I will be recommending Snellers because of my positive experience. We were also shown around the property twice by one of the new trainees and also Amy, who were both delightful and very helpful.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received from Hope and Snellers. The process was incredibly simple, especially as Hope helped with all the on boarding difficulties due to my previous (and utterly useless) letting agent. Thanks again Hope, I am really impressed by your professionalism and efficiency in making this completely painless.

Snellers were fantastic to work with. They kept us posted with available properties to let as soon as they came on the market and we were able to find a fantastic rental which we love. In order to quicken a sale, Snellers suggested to use a Search from the previous Buyer saying it would save me money. Their Memoranda of Sale with unrealistic deadlines highlighted with a marker pen so unprofessional. To cap it all, the Vendor agreed my offer of the full asking price the day following viewing but would Snellers take it off the market as I requested. No. Not even show it as Under Offer or SSTC. They even had the nerve to say there might be further viewings. Also kept sending silly e mail reminders to my Solicitors every 2 weeks or so. My Solicitors and I spentfar more hours on not only my purchase but my sale in getting thetransactions across the line. Avoid.

I was shown a couple of flats by Matt Ross and he was very professional. Kept me updated on all new properties that met my requirements. He was very informative and attentive to my needs. Thank you Florence

I have over £100k in savings I own two businesses that earn over £450k pa but yet I cant pass a tenant reference for a house that is £1600pm? because the way my finances are laid out, savings not in a savings account, dividends not payroll etc yet people who work for me would pass? It’s a joke with bias parameters put in place to exclude a “certain type” of person. Well done. Not even sure how this is legal. Classism is a bad as Racism. And this feel like both

I recently visited a property with Sonia, I had changed my mind and then last minute revisited. Sonia was extremely professional, her personality is so warm, and infectious that she really was part of my decision to really go for the purchase of property. I would like to thank her as I am overwhelmed by my purchase in the best way possible and she has made the experience nothing but brilliant. I wish you all the luck in the world Sonia. Appalling customer service from the property management team who really exacerbated and delayed the problems in our home. Avoid at all costs

A supposedly easy house sale made difficult by the complete lack of communications from Aaron, after having signed agency agreement, and then Charlie who was meant to manage the process. Required continuous work and effort on our part, until the closing when suddenly regular contact resumed. Must have been the sight of a big commission fee…

Harry Jenkins was outstanding, not only in securing a good price for the sale but also of keeping the process on track even when there were the inevitable surprises. He deserves special mention for offering to help supervise the packing and removal of our belongings when we could not return to London from Moscow due to travel restrictions. Very grateful for his assistance.

Working with Tom Warrington in the Hampton Hill branch has been a very positive experience. I had previously worked with another local agent where we had a horrible experience I was delighted when Tom delivered in everything I was expecting. His knowledge and customer care were a 10. I didn't really like estate agents before, but Snellers Teddington changed that completely. I met with Paul and spoke to other people in the office. they were great!

Snellers is fine as a letting agent when you are moving in to a property however they have underhanded tactics to get around legislation protecting tenants.
