Really friendly staff member Mr. Nisansa was really helpful and explained everything that I need to know while renting a vehicle. This was my first time renting a vehicle and grateful for Nisansa guiding me though it. New and clean cars, great customer service. 10 /10 stars

Don't understand why we did an express check in before we arrived only to still had to do it all again at the desk. Complete waste of time.

What a breeze this was getting the car with easy to sort insurance and even a ride to the airport with wonderful staff so polite professional and respectful. Definitely using snap rentals on my next trip!! 10/10

Very smooth operation, friendly staff and nice car

The communication is poor. As we are waiting at auckland airport with kids in the and being delayed to pick us. They shouted us not call again and again which is a shock just for the second call that they picked. They charged after-hours for both pick and drop which was not clearly communicated us. We find the interaction and communication horrible.

Prompt service

Checked in early via txt with link which meant I only showed my license, signed the agreement provided a credit card and I was away. Staff were friendly both shuttle drivers and front desk. Our drive back to the airport was cool.
