Was all round great experience

Car was a little too small for our needs even though we ordered a compact SUV. Was not super comfortable. There was one person working in the office, but 5 or 6 desks. Bottom line is we didn’t have any major issues with the car and it got us to where we needed to go on the North island.

The after hours pick-up instruction is easy to follow. However, the after hours drop-off instruction is not sent to directly to the client email, which can only be seen as a small part on the board at the pick up location. It would be nice if there is an instruction or sentences in the confirmation or pick-ip instruction email explaining how to drop off the vehicle after hours.

Value for money is great. But customer service staff wasn’t too helpful when we had a problem in the evening while we are in Christchurch, even hang the call.

Staff is very pleasant, Cars are well priced and clean. Had an unfortunate long wait to be picked up this time, but most other times even that goes effortlessly. I especially like that Snap used an EV for pick up and drop off
