I rented a car from Snap rentals in Auckland. I have nothing but praise for the service I received. The car I was given (Mitsubishi Outlander) was less than a year old. I turned up earlier than my booking time, but they collected me from the airport promptly and were able to provide me with the car straight away. There was no hard sell for insurance and the price I paid by booking directly through their website was incredibly competitive. On returning the car a quick check was done and I was given the all clear. I wish other rental companies were as honest and professional. I would recommend Snap rentals in Auckland without hesitation.

The shuttle was a little bit of a wait, around 30mins. But that may have been due to waiting on all customers to be ready for pickup. But that was the only downfall. Customer service was excellent, completing the pick up documents was fast and efficient, the car was clean and tidy.

Arranging the shuttle from the airport was easy. The vehicle was nice and clean. It was modern and very well maintained. The staff were really friendly and efficient. The price was so good we would definitely use Snap again. They ticked all of the boxes, and it was a really simple and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend Snap.
