Shuttles too and from airport very efficient and car drove well and was cheap on gas.

We had a Snap Rentals vehicle for approximately 40 days, travelling across the North and South Islands. The range of vehicles, pricing and customer service throughout the entire process was excellent. Can highly recommend and we'll be going back to Snap on our future travels back to NZ

Well just being able to pick up vehicle no hassles the staff were very helpful 👍 anytime I had any issues I could call the office and they would have it sorted pronto lived lived the service which made our holiday that extra hassles free 😀 👍

Excellent customer service! Friendly staff and attentive to customers. From the shuttle driver to the return of the SUV, no issues at all. The SUV we got was also great, they take pictures before renting it out and they even invite you to take your own photos so you feel comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed driving around Queenstown with a nice & safe SUV. I also appreciate that they offer Afterpay because a few days holiday in Queenstown is not cheap lol. I brought my whole family and we all fit comfortably in the vehicle. We brought our own car seat, we also had a stroller in the back plus our luggages, still spacious.
