Highly recommend! The shuttle service was very prompt, people very helpful and the car was great.

The pick up and the great interpersonal skills of the driver (sorry can't remember his name) was excellent. Very great kiwi vibes from him. Very quick expedient on pick up and drop off, customer service at the counter (same person both times) was excellent, again great interpersonal skills but technically across his job and questions fired at him (again can't remember his name either) Polynesian young man, he was great!

Booked a car 7 months out, 3 days before I was meant to get there they rung and said the car was unavailable and would have to use a small one, which wasn’t ideal but would make it work, picked up by their shuttle and driven to their depot to be told my original vehicle has just been returned and is being cleaned now so no issue, clerk was great and helpful, car was clean and no issues. Amazing customer service and streamlined process. Only issues were with the keys, locking and unlocking the car was fiddly, assuming the battery in the remote was just low. Thankful to have been able to get a hire car on aussie P2 licenses.
