Good experience..a bit of a delay because of crowds at office ..staff friendly and helpful. Radio didn't work in vehicle

Hi. I am happy with the friendly staff but I had a bad experience with the vehicle insurance. I booked through economy bookings and selected full cover. When collecting the vehicle at Snap I was required to take insurance again before it was handed to me. I had to spend much more than what I budget for. I dont think this was a fair.

great $$$ for 9 day hire The only downfall, was I rung to request to return it 1 hour late, and they said they will not be able to say that i will not be fined a late fee.....But $$$ and wheels were algudz!!

Great value for money. Small cars are not the newest but well maintained.

I've rented over 50 cars in my travels and snap by far made it the easiest, cheap fuel efficient cars that are super nice to drive, staff in Nelson depot done a great job, I almost felt like I was talking to a friend! Unfortunately we had to extend out trip out due to a hospital visit but snap rentals made this already stressful time alot easier for us and completed our request without hesitation, WELL DONE TEAM YOU'VE SCORED A FOREVER CUSTOMER!!! Will definitely be back for all my rental needs in the future!10/10 5 Starr service?!

Pretty disappointing. The display in our car stopped working after 15hrs. We took it back and were asked if we wanted to keep using for the week. I found this request ridiculous as we would not be able use the stereo or gps. Then we were provided with an older version of the same car. It was an inconvenience for us but we were offered no compensation, not that I was seeking much but a small discount would have meant a lot. Also beware if you don’t purchase rental excess insurance through Snap you will be required to provide a $2000 bond, which is the absurd. It’s just a tactic to force renters into purchasing their daily rental excess if you don’t have $2000 floating round. There are plenty of companies that do not do enforce this. I won’t return to Snap.
