Pretty disappointing
Pretty disappointing. The display in our car stopped working after 15hrs. We took it back and were asked if we wanted to keep using for the week. I found this request ridiculous as we would not be able use the stereo or gps. Then we were provided with an older version of the same car. It was an inconvenience for us but we were offered no compensation, not that I was seeking much but a small discount would have meant a lot. Also beware if you don’t purchase rental excess insurance through Snap you will be required to provide a $2000 bond, which is the absurd. It’s just a tactic to force renters into purchasing their daily rental excess if you don’t have $2000 floating round. There are plenty of companies that do not do enforce this. I won’t return to Snap.
