Been shopping with them for 10 years now, always buy my coffee off the specials list, very knowledgeable staff, Colin the owner never has time to talk, but get him onto coffee or tea and he talks for hours. Had a batista coarse with Marc, even though it was only for my home machine, it improved my home coffee no end, his knowledge is vast. Thanks Marc still tasting the difference in every cup.

I started buying coffee through Smiths during lockdown last year when supermarket shopping became so challenging. Deciding to avoid the billionaire owned websites was a personal choice to not contribute to their coffers and to support smaller companies who may otherwise have been struggling. The online shopping experience with Smiths is very straightforward with lots of clear information re sizing, grind, flavoured coffees etc. I’ve purchased several different types and found all to be excellent quality which store well and retain their flavour. Delivery is prompt and service is always good. I’m delighted to have found Smiths and continue to buy coffee from them rather than supermarkets as the quality is superior and pack sizes more cost-effective.
