We sold our house in thornaby through smith and friends and Lindsey and Claire couldn't have been more helpful. We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. We would highly recommend them for future house sales
Very stressful time with solicitors but with the help of Rachel who helped every step of the way kept us up to date with what was happening and advising what steps to take . Would not have got through it without her

Elaine was the most helpful person in the purchasing process, more so than my solicitor even. She answered queries quickly and if she didn’t know the answer she would approach the seller and come back to me as soon as she could. It was a pleasure getting to know her, and I would definitely recommend Robinsons because of her professional, friendly attitude to her work.

Incredible Service - Invaluable Decision. After a personal recommendation I contacted Robinsons, and arranged a viewing of my property. What a great choice it has been. From the outset, the Professional photographs and layout of the brochure captured the feeling of the House perfectly. We had immediate interest, and within 2 days we had an offer which we accepted. I couldn't have anticipated how good the entire Office Staff have been, from liaising with all parties, to seeing the sale through to Exchange of Contract, and Completion in 2 days time. We have been up against it with the Purchaser's conveyancers, and Robinsons were determined to ensure my Purchaser was in her new Home in plenty of time for Christmas. I have already recommended Robinsons to friends, and they have certainly been the most caring, professional and efficient Agents I have had the pleasure to act for me. I have used Robinson's to buy, manage and sell for me in the past. Having recently had problem after problem with a solicitor, I have to send a message specifically for Elaine Crosby. She has been a shining example of how to do something well. She has massively gone above and beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. I cannot recommend Elaine and therefore Robinsons enough. Would never want to buy/sell though anyone else. A true star. Thank you for making an awful situation with solicitors bearable and being the only one who seemed to be pushing my sale forward.

I recently sold a 2 bed flat with Robinsons. I did not agree with the initial valuation and decided upon my own price. They did not object and agreed to try at my price. Through there dedicated sales team and website advertisement I sold the flat at the price I felt reflected it’s value. Despite Covid the team were always available when I rang or always returned my calls. Claire and Lyndsey were excellent at keeping me informed and updated me regularly, although the buyer was particularly slow. I would certainly use Robinsons again. My experience with other Eatate Agents recently has been well below the standard provided by Robinsons. Thanks ladies.

The team at Robinsons cannot be faulted on friendliness. Setting up my first tenancy with a fully managed service, they were efficient and helpful, and develop a good rapport with me a remotely located Landlord. Happy with everything they are doing, but they still have opportunities: I am far more likely to reach the answering machine than a person when i call; sometimes a long wait for receiving a call back. Also I was the one chasing communication and updates, I would have preferred regular updates on progress. But overall, i feel it is a good decision to have appointed them as my agent.
