We sold our house in thornaby through smith and friends and Lindsey and Claire couldn't have been more helpful. We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. Very stressful time with solicitors but with the help of Rachel who helped every step of the way kept us up to date with what was happening and advising what steps to take . Would not have got through it without her

We have recently completed on a new build purchase and as part of the process, the builders appointed Robinsons Stockton as our estate agents. I have been impressed from start to finish. We quickly had an offer which unfortunately fell through after a few weeks, and all the staff were incredible at booking in some more viewings so that we could continue with our purchase. Every member of staff I have dealt with throughout this process has been very professional, helpful and friendly. A very special mention has to go to Lindsey who has been incredible. It was a very lengthy and difficult completion and without Lindsey progressing our sale in the way that she did, together with the coordinator from Avant on the purchase side, and our solicitor, we wouldn’t be sitting in our new house now. I am so very grateful to Lindsey in particular, but to everyone else at the Stockton branch for everything. First class service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to sell their house.
