We sold our house in thornaby through smith and friends and Lindsey and Claire couldn't have been more helpful. We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. We would highly recommend them for future house sales
Very stressful time with solicitors but with the help of Rachel who helped every step of the way kept us up to date with what was happening and advising what steps to take . Would not have got through it without her

Fantastic professional service from Joy Cruddas at the Darlington branch. She gave frank, balanced advice and was able to liaise confidently with myself, the buyers and both of the solicitors involved with the sale to keep the sale moving and always keeping me well informed at every stage of the process. Joy gave outstanding customer service I couldn't recommend her (and therefore Robinsons), more highly.

Robinsons Darlington really helpful and understanding when I sold my parents house as they are now in a care home due to ill health. Joy Cruddas especially as I dealt with her before when buying our current house and in fact it was Joy who decided me to choose Robinsons Darlington to sell because she was so friendly and helpful. All the staff in Darlington I came across were really good. Highly recommended
