We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. Robinsons in Darlington dealt with the sale of my mums house, she is 91yrs. They dealt with everything from start to finish, including viewings and correspondence from the solicitors. This wasn't the easiest of sales due to complications from the buyers side, however, the ladies in the office again dealt with everything and kept us informed of every process. They were professional at all times.
