We sold our house in thornaby through smith and friends and Lindsey and Claire couldn't have been more helpful. We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. We would highly recommend them for future house sales

Terrible estate agent i had to deal with which should be avoided. Lies after lies they make things up their self instead of getting information from other party. They don't care what your health status is as to them money matters not you.

Speaking from personal experience I can say that Robinsons are the best Estate Agents in Hartlepool. The advice and assistance I have received has been both professional and friendly. All my queries and problems have been followed up with immediate effect to inform and reassure me when concerns arose. Richard Watson has been of particular help. Selling a rented property with difficult tenants has been extremely stressful. He has been available at all times to help, advise and assist where he could. I really cannot thank Robinson's enough for their help. I could not recommend better Estate agents to sell or buy property.

Robbinsons Tees Valley sent out contractor Mark from from MW Property and Garden Services to put new trim and silicone round the bath tub as it had come away and needed re sealing. The sale of our house was an extended one, and Robinsons was there every step of the way. Their staff were always pleasant, and kept me completely in the loop during every stage. They must have done something right with the advertisements because the property generated a tonne of interest right off the bat. I've used them to buy our current house, sell our old house, and if I'm ever crazy enough to do it all again I'd be giving them a call.
