We sold our house in thornaby through smith and friends and Lindsey and Claire couldn't have been more helpful. We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. Very stressful time with solicitors but with the help of Rachel who helped every step of the way kept us up to date with what was happening and advising what steps to take . Would not have got through it without her

Robinsons were excellent when selling my property. I had a few hiccups along the way with a sale falling through and a few issues with getting completion dates and Joy in the Darlington office was excellent at helping me get answers , helping me through the problems and making it a smoother ride…nothing was too much to ask! I would recommend Robinsons to anyone selling their property and if Joy is helping them through the process once the property has sold, they are in very safe hands!

I recently sold my late sister's house via Robinsons' Darlington Branch and was extremely pleased with the level of service we received. The property was sold subject to contract within 10 days of being put on the market. The quality of photographs taken was excellent and the service from the friendly and efficient staff was first-class. Importantly, we were kept well informed of the sale's progress both by email and telephone, which I consider to be the most important part of customer service. Full marks!

Mark hodgson did a great job. He was very prompt in responding and understood our situation very well. Regarding our solicitor Eve conveyances…they were very slow in communication.
