We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. We would highly recommend them for future house sales

I have used Smith & Friends, Stockton on Tees Branch, several times previously under its former name Robinson’s, due to the excellent service I have always received from the professional friendly staff. After a failed sale of my property the Stockton on Tees branch immediately re listed it and a new buyer was found within weeks.
