We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. We would highly recommend them for future house sales

We recently sold our house with Smith and friends. Their service was fantastic all of the staff we dealt with especially Joanne and Rachael always found time to talk to us. It was not an easy sale as our first buyer pulled out at the last minute, the staff then ensured our house was seen and we had another new buyer pretty soon. All of my calls where taken in a professional and friendly manner and no query was too much hassle for them.
