We sold our house in thornaby through smith and friends and Lindsey and Claire couldn't have been more helpful. We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. We would highly recommend them for future house sales
Very stressful time with solicitors but with the help of Rachel who helped every step of the way kept us up to date with what was happening and advising what steps to take . Would not have got through it without her

We were first time buyers and our house purchase was for sale with Smith and Friends Stockton. From the initial enquiry with Jaynie who was super, checking dates and times with us and making sure everything was okay prior to the viewing and of course after , to the offer being accepted and having Lindsey helping us all the way through, it was an absolute pleasure. We had some bumps in the way and it took longer than expected but Lindsey was always on the other end of the phone or an email to answer any questions.
