We sold our house in thornaby through smith and friends and Lindsey and Claire couldn't have been more helpful. We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. We would highly recommend them for future house sales
Very stressful time with solicitors but with the help of Rachel who helped every step of the way kept us up to date with what was happening and advising what steps to take . Would not have got through it without her

We probably would have done just as good a job by ourselves as we showed all of the buyers round as they never had anyone available. The most annoying thing was that once finally sold we heard nothing from them, no thanks no receipt nothing.

Switched to smith and friends after a bad experience with previous estate agent and they after Sold my property after 1 viewing, very helpful throughout, never had to chase them for an update they contacted me regularly and the online portal is one of the best I’ve used. Wouldn’t use any body else now.

We were offered a personal and comprehensive service without any pressure to sell or take up their services. The photographs of our house were fantastic and pricing was guided by us . The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. They kept us informed at all stages especially when our chain became problematic. Rachel and Gemma worked extensively on getting us information and answering our questions . Their friendly and helpful manner made a difficult time much easier to manage until we eventually had a successful conclusion. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering selling or renting their property.

We had an awesome experience buying our property through Smiths and Friends estate agents, they went over and above in ensuring the entire process went smoothly and timely, even when we hit a snag in the process through no fault of theirs, they were very supportive.
