We sold our house in thornaby through smith and friends and Lindsey and Claire couldn't have been more helpful. We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. We would highly recommend them for future house sales
Very stressful time with solicitors but with the help of Rachel who helped every step of the way kept us up to date with what was happening and advising what steps to take . Would not have got through it without her

The staff were all really polite and helpful. They were very quick to get the house up for sale.They give me feedback after every viewing to keep me updated. Lindsey was amazing she helped loads sorting things out with the solicitors.

I am so pleased to have had the house from Smith & Friends. Agents at each step were really helpful, despite I was trying to buy a repossessed property. Agent showed me the house was really helpful when I was deciding & agent as I was in exchange of contract was also very amazing as I was getting very little from my solicitors. Thank you all - now I own a house with your efforts!
