I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. Jack Ottaway arranged a flat viewing. He was punctual and helpful. The letting was agreed and Jack has been handling this matter right through. He has good communication skills and we have been advised of every step. It’s plain he has used his own mobile and we think Smart Estate Agents, as a professional firm, should provide this vital piece of kit. Finally it’s an inconvenience that Smart appear to be unable to take card payments over speech Comms. In all other respects we have been satisfied.
