He has good communication skills and we have been advised of every step. It’s plain he has used his own mobile and we think Smart Estate Agents, as a professional firm, should provide this vital piece of kit. Finally it’s an inconvenience that Smart appear to be unable to take card payments over speech Comms. In all other respects we have been satisfied.
