I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. Itβs been really easy getting in touch with the staff at Smart Estate and they are all very nice and professional.
Right from my househunting this summer to finding a property, and now to living in one, Smart has been a good partner. Of course, I did come across other agents while viewing houses, but Poppy really set herself apart with her warmth, empathy, intelligence, promptness, and helpfulness. Charlie, Natalie and Liana at Smart all have been fab to deal with as tenants. We found them all to be very competent, professional, communicative, as well as helpful and friendly. They managed our tenancy very effectively, including ensuring that issues were dealt with very promptly. We'd happily use them again. We were also lucky to have a great, caring landlady and a lovely property.
