The communication from their door knock through to the completion of their instillment has been phenomenal. Every text or email or voice message has included the name of the Smart Energy worker, which has meant so much ease for tracing backwards if need be. They have been professional. They have helped educate me. They have been amazing!

Awesome experience and super happy with the product. No issues at all and communication was top notch all the way from initial sign up to installation.

The Installers turned up smack bang on time. Were so courteous & helpful when telling me about how they would be carrying out the install. I went off to work knowing everything would run smooth & my 19yr old son would have the app setup & fill me in when I got home.

Extremely courteous and helpful guys both explaining the system and installing it. Just finished installation today, and am looking forward to its operation. I highly recommend this company.

i investigated this site went to great lengths to establish the truth with other electrical engineers etc , SmartEnergy we are all of the opinion that you a coning people here in the UK your claims have been found to be grossly exaggerated thereby showing your intention of scamming .

Terrible. Missed a form for solar panels installation. Got a bunch of calls from a weird number. Forced to pay the rebate myself.

Smart move, I am in Australia and still need my answers! My paperwork has been lodged and am awaiting replies! Due to the lack of assistance, There will be no more communications until I have received a written report of my complete solar system, from an independent company to I have hired! These will include:- Onsite inspection Compatability of; Inverter; Battery and Panels, also are these working to full capasity? Price paid for the complete unit verses output of this system! Relevant paperwork and rules and regulations

Smart Energy installed a $24,000 battery system that unfortunately for us and them failed to operate over a seven month period. Smart Energy ultimately organised the replacement of the battery system with new batteries and after a considerable length of time negotiating provided a satisfactory level of compensation. We continue to deal with Smart Energy for the ongoing support of the battery system and look forward to a 15 year (length of warranty) productive relationship.

funney one! i had a home battery sales person on my door step day of install & i told him details of what i was getting, he said i cant beat that and didn't beieive me until the install guys turned up. Install guys were great. As a minor issue turned up it was resolved with collaberative effort ( ive been a install Supervisor for Downer Eng. with 25 subbies completing 140 Tow's a day & understand the issues that that can arrise for the guyes in the field) installers gets a gold star

The installation team did a really good job. They worked very efficiently, were friendly & polite. They let us know what they were doing every step of the way. They took the time to explain the system to us once they'd finished.

Just had Arron, rep come to talk about fitting a Solar battery, All went well till i said that i didn't want to go on payment plan that i would rather save for the next 5months & pay outright. He then said well i was wasting his time, and as he was walking out he said he feels sorry for me because now i will be left paying my power bill. I thought this was being very rude & i will not be using this company in the future if this is how your staff react to someone saying not at this time. Bad attitude.

My experience with Smart Energy has been nothing but fantastic...Saving me money is there game and they have been very helpful and provided a great service.From signing up many years ago for Solar panels to just recently installing a battery system that works very well to my needs it has been a very smooth transition.

Helpful from beginning to end. My calls and emails were followed up in a timely manner. Questions were dealt with, with patience. It's been a while since l have had such good customer service.

The installation was go very good and the guy do jobs excellent.

Harry came to our home and fitted in like my sons mate. He was very friendly, dressed well and explained the process so I could understand. He answered all my questions and helped me understand this new concept. I have had the unit coming up to 2 weeks. I love when the sun is out and my battery gets to fully charge and I run off solar and battery only during the day, we havent changed our habits to help the usage but we will get there I am sure. So far everyone I have had to deal with have been excellent.

Panel to the battery, installed and screwed in. Two small screws inserted to one side of the panel into the metal frame of the battery. Big wind storm, the panel ended up 15 metres away. The frame bent out of shape where the 2 small screws had been inserted. The holes enlarged will no longer hold those screws in place. 3 phone calls, 3 emails to customer service - NO response. Staff were very polite, asked for photographic evidence, assurance that the battery was still covered by warranty and a promise of a follow up. 2 weeks later still waiting for any kind of response or follow up.
