The communication was good, but the installation took a lot of effort on my side to push it along as the installers came and went and never returned until Cameron came and did a really excellent job after about a year

Prompt service and installation of battery unit, all work completed in a neat and tidy fashion. Only issue is system not setup for external power ( grid) the way i believed that it was going to be.

We've had installation fitted this week by Paul nd Ross. Amazing guys. Friendly,polite,tidy. They have worked So hard,non stop. How can you not offer these guys a cuppa! Appreciate all of your hard work,it was a job nd half. Many thanks Nat n Scott.

I had batteries added to my existing solar system in December by Smart Energy. The whole process was seamless and quick, from the initial consultation from their representative in late November to the install a couple of weeks later. The initial consult was completed by a representative who was knowledgeable and took the time to describe the benefits as well as the process from beginning to end. The contractor who installed was from my local district and did a professional job including helping me setup the app to monitor. Communication from the office was excellent helping with singing up to new provider for my vpp and claiming the rebate.

Our journey to go solar started with Ben, who was able to offer great initial advice and set up a meeting with a rep, Julian. Julian is a great asset to Smart Energy and was able to answer our questions and guide us through our decision in purchasing a system suitable for our needs. The instalation team arrived as scheduled, were polite, quick and very professional, leaving a clean site. The electrician walked me through the system and guided me into installing the app necessary to view the system in operation. After sale service is remarkable, with any question answered immediately, and advice given when asked. Thanks to Jimmy.

This company is a deceptive and dishonest company!! I will not use them ever again. Their promotions are dishonest and rates higher than standard over from Maine Central power.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with a Smart Energy salesperson who visited my home on Sunday, January 12th. During our discussion about battery installation services, I mentioned that I was putting my decision on hold. Shockingly, the salesperson responded by calling me a "little shit" inside my own home. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone representing a company. It has left me deeply upset and questioning the values and standards of Smart Energy. I have already lodged a formal complaint with the company and hope they take appropriate action to address this matter. If this is the level of customer service they offer, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before engaging with them.

Way over priced, products are faulty & they haven't replaced them, were supposed to install power to our shipping container when installing the battery & didn't, they ghost you as soon as installation is done, I would never ever recommend them & wish we had never encountered them. We were promised repeatedly we would never have a power bill again but we still get them. They are a complete Joke.

Had a pretty disappointing experience with Smart Energy. The sales pitch sounded great, but once I signed up, it all went downhill. The installation was delayed multiple times, and when it finally happened, the installers didn’t seem very professional. They left a mess behind and didn’t explain how the system worked properly. On top of that, my first bill didn’t show the savings they promised. Tried calling customer service to sort it out, but getting a straight answer was like pulling teeth. Felt like I was just getting passed around from one person to the next. Wouldn’t recommend them—there are plenty of other solar companies out there who actually deliver on what they promise. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

I can't rate this company high enough. We were in two minds about taking on a battery so as to become our own energy providers. It has been almost three weeks now and to say we are happy with our choice is an understatement. Sarah Burke guided us through the whole process and she was very easy to deal with. Answered all our questions and gave us plenty of time to consider our options. The company and Sarah are highly recommended.

I found Smart Energy to be very professional, friendly and efficient during the process of having my Battery installed to save more money off my electricity bills to go with my solar panels.

Installation went very smoothly. They arrived ahead of time and finished on time . They walked me through the entire process thoroughly. My questions were answered to my satisfaction .

The changeover was done efficiently and professionally. The new hot water tank looks very modern and streamlined. The.service was smooth and I couldn't even tell it had been changed over. I am very impressed
