this company continues to knock on our door to sell us batteries, as we have solar on our roof, DESPITE A DO NOT KNOCK STICKER PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED NEXT TO THE DOORBELL. 3 TIMES in the last 18 months their staff have knocked on our door including today (24th Nov 2025). And it has been a different person every time, today a young guy called Les. Another complaint going to the "do not call/knock register''.

everything has been done as stated, from the installation date the commissioning date nothing has been a problem. We did have 2 issues, 1stly I accidently overpaid the invoice paying Smart energy the full price, a few weeks later I noticed this and called them, they refunded my over paid amount within 48 hours, I was expecting this to be a headache. Then the battery stopped discharging due to some firmware update issues, I rang them at 9am and spoke to Hannah, She said she'd contact Alpha and get them to uninstall and reinstall the firmware, 20 minutes later the battery was operating as it should I can not fault them in this day and age when you have so much trouble with trying to get phone support and problems solved I could not be happier with them at every step through the installation and post installation process, I wish more companies were as efficient as these guys

call center fantastic and would call back if required. The technicians, Sam and Mo who installed the battery were great and on time

Everything went smoothly. No one was pushy. All happened when it was supposed to.

Everyone that I had at my home was friendly , was happy to answer any questions. When there was a problem on installation at night time the worker came straight out to help me.

Staff were very helpful and professional. Have been around for quite some time and have maintained contact since original installation.

I can only comment on the insulation team at this time as we are at the commencement of our installation journey. ( our team coordinator however has been so far totally efficient & helpful. ). A team of four lads arrived to install our insulation, they were full of life, full of playful banter & a pleasure to be around. Their work was exemplary. Punctual, prepared to work late, & prepared to help with almost anything. They worked almost nonstop during an exhausting heatwave with the end result being all we could wish for. Nothing was too much trouble. Lads, give the ferret a break ! lol. Keep on trucking. Steve n Sheil.

Very satisfied. Just one thing, there have been no full sunny day since installation and we could not utilise the solar panels and battery. I want to see the battery fully charged. 🤣

The continuing and consistent support I have received from installation to operation of the solar system has been excellent. Although there were several problems with the system (battery), the attention to resolving the issue and getting the system up and running was very good. The best thing about that experience is that we were kept informed throughout the process - it meant we knew what was happening, when it would happen, and what was happening at every stage.

Good customer service if something goes wrong. No long wait on hold which you get with a lot of companies. Good information. Easy to understand.
