Really bad service - I would avoid this company like the plague. Promised a great deal but completely let me down two days before the work was due to take place. Actually strung me along for longer than a year. What they planned to do to my house made no sense. I got a feeling they don’t care about what they stick in as long as they get money. Smart energy offered me a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery for $16,500, I got a Tesla Powerwall 3 battery for $9,500 elsewhere. They're reviews on here seem OK, something is suss about that.

I met Henry while just riding my electric bike home and I like to share things. I said hello and asked if he was having a good day and he said he was. He asked about my electric bike and I said go have a ride. I trusted him and he came back. After we spoke for a while about the solar and battery 🪫 I told him I had been actively wanting to upgrade my 12 year old 1.5kw (8 panels as approved by strata) system. i now have new german panels (8 of them) and they do 3.5kw and a 5kw battery as well. The installation was perfect and Henry was always available for any questions I had. 9/5 because 5 stars isn’t enough.

As previously stated excellent installers even thoigh the battery didnt work on installation a new one was ordered and fitted within a week

The whole process was very simple. Both the salesman and the installers were very proficient and I felt at ease throughout the process. I had been wanting to get a battery for my solar system and really like the idea that smart energy will be monitoring the battery. I’m hopeful that this is the start of a much reduced power bill.

From start to finish the whole process was without problems or any drama. Every step alone the journey was pleasant, stress free and the end result is a very efficient system which is running smoothly with no problems. All staff and contractors have been very knowledgeable, pleasant and provided everything that been promised. Overall it has been a great experience.

The entire process was very smooth, and every person i spoke to - to the original seller to the actual installers of the solar panels were extremely polite, easy to talk to, friendly and professional. There isn't a single thing i could complain about (except maybe the app to have more information/options - it's extremely basic)
