everything has been done as stated, from the installation date the commissioning date nothing has been a problem. We did have 2 issues, 1stly I accidently overpaid the invoice paying Smart energy the full price, a few weeks later I noticed this and called them, they refunded my over paid amount within 48 hours, I was expecting this to be a headache. Then the battery stopped discharging due to some firmware update issues, I rang them at 9am and spoke to Hannah, She said she'd contact Alpha and get them to uninstall and reinstall the firmware, 20 minutes later the battery was operating as it should I can not fault them in this day and age when you have so much trouble with trying to get phone support and problems solved I could not be happier with them at every step through the installation and post installation process, I wish more companies were as efficient as these guys
