My experience is that for a business class flight MAN-BKK, across the board, the quotes were £200 more than I can get from Skyscanner for the exact same flights. Double check before you book.

Mason did an incredible job working out the logistics for a very complicated trip after I spent over 4 hours on the phone with the airlines. I never knew I could afford to fly Business and can't wait to arrive in Europe "fresh" after having a fully reclinable seat!

Ore patiently checked out multiple possible variations to reach a reasonable round trip fare matching the itinerary of the rest of my tour group. This was critical because I must arrive on the same plane as the rest of the group to catch our tour bus to the 1st hotel‼️

My agent was very helpful which came in particularly handy since I'm an idiot. The cost of the tickets was reasonable and the purchase was pretty seamless. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is that there seems to be a lot of upselling of additional services (with dire warnings should you decide to forgo them) as well as a guilt trip to tip the agent. Now we'll just have to see how the tickets work. Fingers crossed.
