Great disappointment after I had very good service with a SkyLux agent previously who booked my flights. This time in June 2025, I was given inaccurate information to convince me to add a health insurance plan to my order which, as I told the agent, I would likely not qualify for as I am too old. He disputed that. After I paid and could see the policy for the first time, it was clear I was excluded. What bothered me is that the person who subsequently called me who ostensibly verifies cancellations for orders and sees why it happened tried to pressure me not to cancel with false claims that I would not be able to get my full refund which is not true as I later got the full refund back. It just discourages one to do business with such a firm ever again. I don't recommend them.
