Hot water issues
I’ve very happy with my skuma the only thing I have a issue with is the hot water just not hot enough for tea and coffee with milk

Not fit for purpose depending on your water type. Three years extended product and customer service warranty and completely ignored for 6 months when dealing diedtly with the CEO. £600 out of pocket with a product that worked for a total of 2 months of a 8 month period.

This is the third review I have written for Skuma. I had various difficulties with my machine. On my previous trust pilot review, I stated that the company and I were working together to find an outcome that worked for us both. This has now happened and we have agreed a solution we are both satisfied with, which is why I have given a 5 star rating.
It’s mostly great but ……
I do like my machine but there are some things I don’t like. It can be a lot of work at times. I dread doing the cleaning bit, the worst of it being getting the filter out of the machine. I’m 76 and I haven’t got the strength to do this. In order to get enough strength I have to put the machine on the floor and put 100% of my strength into it. It’s probably ok if you’re a young fit male. The water isn’t really hot enough for tea but saying that it does make a decent cup. I’m not sure the filter lasts a year, especially if you are a family. I changed mine after about eight months and I live on my own. The infusions can work out expensive but since using the machine I hardly ever have cramp issues. It’s nice to get rid of my kettle. Filling the machine is a bit of a nuisance every day and because I’m in a very hard water area I waste an awful lot of water down the sink (I don’t have a garden). I paid extra for a tube to take the extra water straight into the sink (very overpriced). The downside of this is that the water removed from the machine is so bad that it stains the sink! Thanks Thames Water. When I’ve had problems Skuma have done their best to help me, I just don’t want the problems. I’m wondering if a new machine will be coming onto the market with some of these things ironed out. So, although these are a lot of negatives I do like my machine and wouldn’t be without it. It just needs improvements.

Ditch the bottled water and tap water and get yourself a Sküma.
Been looking for a counter top water filter for ages but nothing was in the market quite like Sküma water. Been using a water distiller prior and its too time consuming whereas this product is basically water on the go. It ticks all the boxes for me and is exactly what I been looking for. It works perfectly and the customer service is second to none. One of the best service I’ve received from a company. Alex has been really helpful and any issues ive had have been resolved straightaway without any hassle. Highly recommend this product. Ditch the filthy tap water and bottle water and get yourself a Sküma.

Amazing product and company
Amazing company, people and product. Super helpful when answering any questions through their direct contact number via WhatsApp, giving that human and personal element to their customer service which I valued. They really care and want to help their customers. The product itself is just a game changer, super clean and refreshing water everytime at your convenience. If your into optimising your health and know the downside of drinking regular tap water then this is a must. Very happy with my purchase and much success to the company and the people behind this amazing product

Top notch product, customer service, and brand
We got this unit after a lot of research. Pure water has no inherent benefit, their minerals and vitamins make healthy water every single time. They answered all of our concerns even late evening on a weekend, and provided us with a surprise gift that my wife loves :) I recommend this company for their professionalism, their enthusiasm and I wish them the best growth! Very dependable and very friendly service
Having paid for a water unit on a crowdfunding site, I was very excited about getting the water filter since I haven't found one similar in the US. Alex thought he would have a shipping station in Canada to provide replacement filters and such, but that didn't work out. He was looking for a new means to reasonably ship to the US to fulfill orders coming from the US, but I suggested that he refund me instead, seeing as his business is new and it's probably difficult at this time to find a means to reasonably ship to the US. He agreed and thanked me for being understanding. His communication was a bit slow, but regular. He did refund me and even paid the extra amount that I would have lost due to the difference in the exchange rate from the time that I originally paid for it. I believe Alex is honest and dependable. You just need to have a little patience because his business is just getting started and he has to work through the kinks. He stands by his word. I am happy to have helped get his water filter business going. The world needs more entrepreneurs, more patience, and less Walmart and Amazon slave labor products made in China and other developing Asian countries.

Excellent product
Excellent product really is the real deal bought one of these for my office , set it up at home to try out. big mistake , as my 5 sons where never away from it. the bright side is , no more unhealthy drinks for them. i have now purchased one for my home . 2 water filters. clean water healthy body thanks for a top product, that really does what it says in the tin
