Hot water issues
I’ve very happy with my skuma the only thing I have a issue with is the hot water just not hot enough for tea and coffee with milk

Not fit for purpose depending on your water type. Three years extended product and customer service warranty and completely ignored for 6 months when dealing diedtly with the CEO. £600 out of pocket with a product that worked for a total of 2 months of a 8 month period.
This is the third review I have written…
This is the third review I have written for Skuma. I had various difficulties with my machine. On my previous trust pilot review, I stated that the company and I were working together to find an outcome that worked for us both. This has now happened and we have agreed a solution we are both satisfied with, which is why I have given a 5 star rating.
It’s mostly great but ……
I do like my machine but there are some things I don’t like. It can be a lot of work at times. I dread doing the cleaning bit, the worst of it being getting the filter out of the machine. I’m 76 and I haven’t got the strength to do this. In order to get enough strength I have to put the machine on the floor and put 100% of my strength into it. It’s probably ok if you’re a young fit male. The water isn’t really hot enough for tea but saying that it does make a decent cup. I’m not sure the filter lasts a year, especially if you are a family. I changed mine after about eight months and I live on my own. The infusions can work out expensive but since using the machine I hardly ever have cramp issues. It’s nice to get rid of my kettle. Filling the machine is a bit of a nuisance every day and because I’m in a very hard water area I waste an awful lot of water down the sink (I don’t have a garden). I paid extra for a tube to take the extra water straight into the sink (very overpriced). The downside of this is that the water removed from the machine is so bad that it stains the sink! Thanks Thames Water. When I’ve had problems Skuma have done their best to help me, I just don’t want the problems. I’m wondering if a new machine will be coming onto the market with some of these things ironed out. So, although these are a lot of negatives I do like my machine and wouldn’t be without it. It just needs improvements.

Very good quality counter top reverse…
Very good quality counter top reverse osmosis water filter - not many of those on the market! No installation required, no plumbing which is a great plus. Plus excellent customer service, very responsive and helpful. Have recommended Skuma to someone already

We were off to a slightly blippy start…
We were off to a slightly blippy start as the first machine I received wasn't set up correctly. However, the customer service from Alex and his team absolutely made up for it and then some! Really top notch personal service, which is not a given these days. I have only been using the device for 24 hours but so far I am very pleased, the water tastes great and its easy to set up and use. Definitely recommend

Great service and product
The Sküma team have always been top notch. They made it clear from the start this was a brand new product that needed testing and communicated their progress the entire time. When I received my Sküma device ahead of schedule it worked perfectly. I have been using my original unit for 6 months now and I have never felt more hydrated. Drinking water is easier with Sküma!

Worth every penny
First of all, the customer service is fantastic. Whatsapp contact 24/7 and also had phone call to help set the system up. They also sent me a infusion refill for free with one I ordered! Been using the system for a few weeks now and i’ve had 0 issues with it, not sure where some of the bad reviews were going wrong with it but it really is simple once you’re familiar. The water it produces is super pure & clean and you can really taste the difference, the system is worth every penny in my opinion. The only thing missing and maybe a consideration for future models would be a cooling feature, as the water can come out a higher temperature than desired sometimes.

I had to write a review for this company because their customer service is excellent! I love the machine itself too. The water tastes great and the fact you can select your temperatures is a big bonus! The hydration bottles are very useful and also great that there are other options such as a vitamin B boost and coffee taste enhancer. But it really is their customer service that is the best of all. Well done to the team there.
