Hot water issues
I’ve very happy with my skuma the only thing I have a issue with is the hot water just not hot enough for tea and coffee with milk

Not fit for purpose depending on your water type. Three years extended product and customer service warranty and completely ignored for 6 months when dealing diedtly with the CEO. £600 out of pocket with a product that worked for a total of 2 months of a 8 month period.

This is the third review I have written for Skuma. I had various difficulties with my machine. On my previous trust pilot review, I stated that the company and I were working together to find an outcome that worked for us both. This has now happened and we have agreed a solution we are both satisfied with, which is why I have given a 5 star rating.
It’s mostly great but ……
I do like my machine but there are some things I don’t like. It can be a lot of work at times. I dread doing the cleaning bit, the worst of it being getting the filter out of the machine. I’m 76 and I haven’t got the strength to do this. In order to get enough strength I have to put the machine on the floor and put 100% of my strength into it. It’s probably ok if you’re a young fit male. The water isn’t really hot enough for tea but saying that it does make a decent cup. I’m not sure the filter lasts a year, especially if you are a family. I changed mine after about eight months and I live on my own. The infusions can work out expensive but since using the machine I hardly ever have cramp issues. It’s nice to get rid of my kettle. Filling the machine is a bit of a nuisance every day and because I’m in a very hard water area I waste an awful lot of water down the sink (I don’t have a garden). I paid extra for a tube to take the extra water straight into the sink (very overpriced). The downside of this is that the water removed from the machine is so bad that it stains the sink! Thanks Thames Water. When I’ve had problems Skuma have done their best to help me, I just don’t want the problems. I’m wondering if a new machine will be coming onto the market with some of these things ironed out. So, although these are a lot of negatives I do like my machine and wouldn’t be without it. It just needs improvements.

A very efficient product.
A very nice & efficient product, Skuma was particularly recommended to me and I have not been disappointed. It's quite a large item, but it works well (evidencing just how much filtering my tap water needs!), and I particularly like that I am prompted to use the waste water for my plants. Delivery of the product was timely and the team are very helpful in answering my product-related queries.

The best thing I did was buy the Skuma water filter . The water tastes so pure . I fill up glass bottles and put them in the fridge so I have fresh , cold, pure water always at hand without the need to buy plastic bottled water . I also love the infusions which mean that the water is super healthy. Fantastic product

If you drink alot of water, this machine is for you.
Customer service was very reactive when I had an intial setup problem. I drink a lot of water so this machine gets a lot of use. It's a great machine. I love the choice of minerals. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review, is, I wish I didn't have to empty the waste water so often.

Easy to use and makes water taste great!
My family loves our Sküma Water System and we use it for all our water needs whether it's cold drinks, hot drinks or water for cooking. We have only used the hydration minerals so far and it makes our water taste great. We no longer have to put up with drinking our chlorine tainted tap water supply - the Sküma filter removes it all! The filter is easy to setup and easy to use. We would 100% recommend!

New Skuma System purchase
Purchased the Skuma water system last week and was delivered in 2 days. extremely happy with the system apart from a couple of things (otherwise would have given 5 stars). firstly, the dimension on the website is incorrect as the height of the system is 40.5cm and the website said 39cm, which would have fitted perfectly on the worktop and next to the coffee machine. secondly, we as a family drink a lot of water and the amount of time we need to empty the plant water is a little hassle, but we care more for the water and a few more trips to empty the plant water will add to my daily steps. Overall very happy with the system.

Easy installation and hydration wise super effective system
One of the best decision I have made to shift towards the skuma water. Before I was using the bottle water but after buying skuma it makes my life easier and I feel more hydrated especially after using their infusion bottle. I live on rented place so it’s best for me to move along no installation 10 out of 10 system.
