Hot water issues
I’ve very happy with my skuma the only thing I have a issue with is the hot water just not hot enough for tea and coffee with milk

Not fit for purpose depending on your water type. Three years extended product and customer service warranty and completely ignored for 6 months when dealing diedtly with the CEO. £600 out of pocket with a product that worked for a total of 2 months of a 8 month period.
This is the third review I have written for Skuma. I had various difficulties with my machine. On my previous trust pilot review, I stated that the company and I were working together to find an outcome that worked for us both. This has now happened and we have agreed a solution we are both satisfied with, which is why I have given a 5 star rating.
I do like my machine but there are some things I don’t like. It can be a lot of work at times. I dread doing the cleaning bit, the worst of it being getting the filter out of the machine. I’m 76 and I haven’t got the strength to do this. In order to get enough strength I have to put the machine on the floor and put 100% of my strength into it. It’s probably ok if you’re a young fit male. The water isn’t really hot enough for tea but saying that it does make a decent cup. I’m not sure the filter lasts a year, especially if you are a family. I changed mine after about eight months and I live on my own. The infusions can work out expensive but since using the machine I hardly ever have cramp issues. It’s nice to get rid of my kettle. Filling the machine is a bit of a nuisance every day and because I’m in a very hard water area I waste an awful lot of water down the sink (I don’t have a garden). I paid extra for a tube to take the extra water straight into the sink (very overpriced). The downside of this is that the water removed from the machine is so bad that it stains the sink! Thanks Thames Water. When I’ve had problems Skuma have done their best to help me, I just don’t want the problems. I’m wondering if a new machine will be coming onto the market with some of these things ironed out. So, although these are a lot of negatives I do like my machine and wouldn’t be without it. It just needs improvements.

My whole family is obsessed with Skuma, it’s honestly the best thing that’s happened to us, we all are drinking more water, we have added the infusion, the taste just feels so fresh, I have stopped drinking fizzy drinks and prefer drinking water and normally in the winter I do not drink much water, this has really helped us all!!! Don’t walk but RUNNNNN!!

Fantastic bit of kit! Fully worth the investment not only is the water crisp and clean but you can add the additional goodness options into the machine… tastes great and glad I made the purchase.

Absolutely amazing product! Had this a few weeks now however I was sceptical at first. I wasn’t much of a water drinker because of the harsh taste. What a difference I’ve found myself drinking 2 litres a day and that’s going from the bare minimum standard tumbler glass. My overall health and nutrition has improved drastically. I had the choice of which infusion I wanted and I chose the vitamin D which has helped with the lack of sunshine in these winter months. The Sküma team have kept me updated with maintenance on my machine which has been so helpful. Customer service replies are quick which is a bonus. Would 100% recommend to anyone

I’ve had my Skuma for almost a year now and have spoken with the owners and customer service a few times during that period: The level of service and attention I’ve received is 10/10 every time. Quick, responsive, polite and genuine which is rare these days. The product is great and I love the ease of use. I recommend it to all of my clients too.

Great product! I didn’t know how much better water can taste and just how important water content is to my overall health and nutrition. Unlike normal filters, Skuma gave me unparalleled control over the content and function of water I consume. I’m particularly fond of the sunshine support infusion which has solved my issues with Vitamin D intake during winter.

I like the skuma water filtered water,I am using it for a year.Although the hot water is not hot enough for the tea or coffee, so that I need to boil it in the kettle.Also it takes a space in the sink as when I want to pour a hot water it doesn’t recognise the stop button or amount of water.
