SCAM - I’ve been trying to get a refund for weeks for customs they made ME pay and SKIMS support is a nightmare. I provided everything they asked for, including proof of payment from DHL, yet they keep closing the ticket and ignoring follow-ups. I’ve emailed multiple times and all I get is silence or the same generic reply. Totally unacceptable for a brand of this size. Feels like a scam – be warned.
BALCONETTE PUSH-UP BRA is comfortable to wear and is really nice. I've had the bra for 2 months now, worn it maybe 6 times, washed it by hand 3 time, the holder strips are now ruined. Can’t wear it anymore. I went to the Selfridges London store where I bought it. Of course I don't have the receipt anymore and the manager, Loudeen, had nothing to offer me. She even refused to call the floor manager and that is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I've spend almost 1000 pounds there in the last 2 months and she prefers to let a customer go back upset instead of helping. 😒. skins check your staff please!

Ordered 2 tank tops, took over 3 weeks to arrive, when I queried the delay, I got a very poor AI generated response. Items of poor quality when they did arrive and needed to return. On return label, the items were priced not in line with what I paid, again I contacted customer service, got another AI response 2 days later and my query was not answered. Wouldn’t recommend or buy from this site ever again.

I prodotti sono belli ma bisogna essere fortunati.. se ti va tutto bene ok, altrimenti non rivedrai più i tuoi soldi.. ho fatto due resi e aspetto il rimborso da un mese. Il servizio clienti è inesistente e non so veramente come fare, finirà che dovrò fare una denuncia..

Ordering is fine, returning isn’t! I’ve returned two items and 3 weeks after them receiving the return I’ve still not had a refund. Customer service is beyond useless. An AI generated response and nothing else so far. I’m £82 out of pocket and no sign of a resolution.

Visited Skims at Selfridges in London on Thursday. The staff was miserable, unhelpful and grumpy! I bought a bra which I really like, however when I got home I’ve realised the security tag was still attached to my bra. One job to do!!! Take a payment and put to item to the bag. 😔 disappointed and frustrated.
