SCAM
SCAM - I’ve been trying to get a refund for weeks for customs they made ME pay and SKIMS support is a nightmare. I provided everything they asked for, including proof of payment from DHL, yet they keep closing the ticket and ignoring follow-ups. I’ve emailed multiple times and all I get is silence or the same generic reply. Totally unacceptable for a brand of this size. Feels like a scam – be warned.
Washed tree times and I can throw it away, bad customer Service
BALCONETTE PUSH-UP BRA is comfortable to wear and is really nice. I've had the bra for 2 months now, worn it maybe 6 times, washed it by hand 3 time, the holder strips are now ruined. Can’t wear it anymore. I went to the Selfridges London store where I bought it. Of course I don't have the receipt anymore and the manager, Loudeen, had nothing to offer me. She even refused to call the floor manager and that is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I've spend almost 1000 pounds there in the last 2 months and she prefers to let a customer go back upset instead of helping. 😒. skins check your staff please!

Magical Stretch Fabric
I was impressed with Kim’s business model and how different her lines were from other companies. I had a friend tell me how nice fitting the stretch fabric was. I ordered a sleeveless shirt, socks, shorts, and a dip thong for my wife. They all fit perfect, I do wish the shorts had a back pocket and the thong fit my wife perfectly stretching in just the right places. Thank you Skims

Die Bestellung und Lieferung waren einfach und schnell. Die Größen sind total falsch. Die Rücksendung scheint eine Katastrophe zu sein. Reduzierte Ware kann nicht zurück. Der Gegenwert der Rücksendung ist viel kleiner als der Kaufpreis. Z.Bsp. steht auf der Rücksendung 57,70€ für einen BH den ich für 76,00€ gekauft habe. Bin gespannt was erstattet wird. Ich warte ab und schalte ansonsten den paypal Käuferschutz ein. Ich bin enttäuscht.
