SCAM
SCAM - I’ve been trying to get a refund for weeks for customs they made ME pay and SKIMS support is a nightmare. I provided everything they asked for, including proof of payment from DHL, yet they keep closing the ticket and ignoring follow-ups. I’ve emailed multiple times and all I get is silence or the same generic reply. Totally unacceptable for a brand of this size. Feels like a scam – be warned.
Washed tree times and I can throw it away, bad customer Service
BALCONETTE PUSH-UP BRA is comfortable to wear and is really nice. I've had the bra for 2 months now, worn it maybe 6 times, washed it by hand 3 time, the holder strips are now ruined. Can’t wear it anymore. I went to the Selfridges London store where I bought it. Of course I don't have the receipt anymore and the manager, Loudeen, had nothing to offer me. She even refused to call the floor manager and that is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I've spend almost 1000 pounds there in the last 2 months and she prefers to let a customer go back upset instead of helping. 😒. skins check your staff please!

Quality product. I’m a size 10. 36F in bras. I’ve tried Skims competitors and it’s clear they are not quality driven. If you like the same neck lines, flimsy straps or boobs spilling over shop elsewhere. If you want a bra that fits like it was tailored for your body shop SKIMS.

Based on a recommendation from Carollne Winkler I bought a bra from Skims. I'm sure the bra is nice, but their sizing chart is W-A-Y off. Thank goodness I knew I wore a 34C, but their sizing chart (by their measurements) said I wore a 32B. With a bit of reluctance, I ordered that size. Well, the bra cuts me in half and my tits spill out over the top. I won't be ordering again.

i’m SO jazzed skims came out with an app — i loathe doing much of anything on websites anymore so the shopping experience has become so much more user-friendly, expedient, efficient, and enjoyable with the app. and as always if i fire off a quick question for customer service they’re great at getting back to me within 24 hours (unlike most places this day & age)… lastly there’s nothing like getting my tried & true favorites from skims for my milestone birthday this year :)
