Staff have been very friendly and helpful. They have kept us informed all the way through our house moving process which has meant this had been an experience which we have found very easy going. Nothing was to much trouble and they were always at the end of the telephone for us. The speed in which they achieved our sell was completed really quickly in around 90 days.

Very supportive and efficient service from female conveyancer throughout and showed care and understanding unlike some conveyancers who rely on a digital DIY approach! Made the whole experience less stressful during a difficult personal period. Would recommend.

I found Simple Conveyancing to be very helpful. Our first buyer pulled out just before the exchange and they just started again with the new buyer, which was included in their fee. Where they could they responded to the other Solicitors queries without having to involve us.

Absolutly lovely people working there,they do really good and quick job.Any time when i had a question they answered quickly.

I was recommended this company for my conveyancing needs and as my house is in a Trust which is quite normal these days, they were unable to help and did actually return all my costs. That was fine except for wasting a couple of weeks. But, unfortunately my buyer is using this company and their lack of communication in stressful times is leading my chain of only four households to break down at completion; as this company are unable to answer their telephone to either estate agents or other solicitors. I would not recommend using this company as they are cheap and virtually useless. I am hoping sometime working for this company reads this and contacts all of their offices to answer their telephones and emails.

I had a mixed experience with Simply Conveyancing. My property lawyer was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, which I appreciated. However, I found the overall communication with the company lacking. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were often overlooked, and I didn’t receive responses to messages sent through the web portal or during scheduled phone appointments. As a first-time seller, I had numerous questions and needed guidance, but the delayed responses made the process more challenging than it should have been. On a positive note, the website and portal were user-friendly, and I’m grateful for the timely sale of my flat. Paul and Hayley did a commendable job, but I believe there’s room for improvement in communication to enhance the overall customer experience.
