Mixed experience
I had a mixed experience with Simply Conveyancing. My property lawyer was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, which I appreciated. However, I found the overall communication with the company lacking. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were often overlooked, and I didn’t receive responses to messages sent through the web portal or during scheduled phone appointments. As a first-time seller, I had numerous questions and needed guidance, but the delayed responses made the process more challenging than it should have been. On a positive note, the website and portal were user-friendly, and I’m grateful for the timely sale of my flat. Paul and Hayley did a commendable job, but I believe there’s room for improvement in communication to enhance the overall customer experience.
