We requested this company to buy an apartment, we already have a process, 1 yearrrrrrrrrr and two accepted offers from the bank, but I haven't received the keys to the house yet! they dragged out the process by always being on vacation! Or delay after delay, expired documents, or somethings else !!! they are the laziest and most irresponsible solicitors . I do not recommend!👎👎👎

I had a fantastic experience with my solicitor, Kerry, who worked with me to initially sell my home but I went back to her when purchasing my next property. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and supportive. She has a great attention to detail and will ensure that your best interests are protected when dealing with the estate agent and other solicitors. Would highly recommend!

I have always been kept up to date with progress, and were always open to questions if I had any which made me felt they were working on my behalf

Read all the other 1 star reviews and run a mile! Atrocious service, delay after delay, lost documents, poor communications, 5 months into a straightforward property transaction and there is zero urgency on their side to get exchange and completion through. Recommended by Estate Agents and they can't get to speak to anyone for days on end either. Do your due diligence before choosing this firm!

Lisa Noller was professional throughout and quick respond. The rest of teh team sorted out any technical issues I had with the portal or Thirdfort.

I think we must have been allocated the worst solicitor available at the time. I spent most of 18 weeks it took to complete this sale of one of our rental properties chasing her to pretty much no avail unless I copied her supervisor in! If my enquiries required urgent action I was told I could pay more for an expedited service which only made me wish I had used an alternative solicitor more. I thought it preposterous to demand more money just for her to do her actual job and refused. After exchange I chased for a completion statement only to be told they were very busy but promised have something with me by the end of the week, which they didn't. I chased twice more before finally receiving anything to check and confirm correct, this was 2 days before completion! When it came to the actual completion day I wasn't surprised to find that they weren't too busy to deduct their fees before transferring our money! We will definitely not be using this company again and certainly will not recommend them. We did think about naming and shaming but decided agaisnt it.

Excellent service. Kept informed would recommend . We were allocated Baylee for the sale of our property and when we found a property we wanted Baylee to handle that too. Extremely professional and helpful. The administration staff are excellent too. Muna is always friendly and helpful.

After initial problems with staff illness the sale was taken over by Lorraine Roberts who was extremely efficient responding to questions and provided prompt replies and advice
