Il vostro personale è educato e preparato, quindi molto bene, la stessa cosa non posso dire dell’auto una MG3, veramente pessima, navigatore che non funziona, lo stesso dicasi per Apple Carplay, e converrete con me che non è facile girare per Roma con il telefono in mano… infine l’auto consuma tanto circa 5km/lt. The location is quite away from the marina. 20-25 minutes walk. The agent was real nice but no details were given egarding the tolls, the insurance, numbers to reach in case. The car was not in good condition.

Overall our experience was very good. The car was very clean and worked very reliably. The returns experience was excellent and the staff there were welcoming and professional. However at the initial hire desk the staff we met were not so welcoming or particularly helpful.

Servizio rapido e senza intoppi. La macchina fornitami era pulita e ordinata.

In Catania airport we booked car: Compact: Cupra Born or similar, CDAE/CDAE 5 seats, 4 doors, Air Conditioning, Automatic , Electric At the desk there was very hostile and unpleasant girl shouting at us that we didn't booked Cupra, after an argument her colleague also started shouting at us. At the we as family of four with our baggage was given small citroen! She told us that they dont have car we booked, but after we went to collection point there was at least two cupra born parked there! The staff need to be fired for such customer service... Wont be booking or recommending this company to anyone. Will be following up with this case after the holidays.
