There was a Problem with our creditcard. For using our debitcard, Sicily by car calculate additional 150 (!!!) €. For what? They got their money, the type of the Card doesn't matter. The Service for return was perfect, very friendly. The car was in good condition.

Personnel très très sympathique, malgré une arrivée tardive (2 heures de retard de mon avion). Très professionnel aussi. On m'a proposé une voiture avec boîte automatique sans supplément et la voiture était quasiment neuve. Bravo et merci.

Great experience at Marco Polo airport agency. Economy car was reliable, felt safe while driving it, the AC stood up to northern Italy's July heat no problem. The service while good, could have been enhanced by at least leading directions where to return either by email or address of parking lot left in the car. It's a pain to find the returning parking lot and specific point to do the car off. Also quite challenging to return the car with a full tank. Should be 3/4 full when picking up and 3/4 full upon returning. Makes things easier for the customers.
