I ordered a new window handle that took a long time to arrive and when it did - failed to operate properly. I re-ordered and quickly received an identical product - that works perfectly. I now have a (paid for) defective item that is uneconomic to return since the time and postage cost will exceed the value of the purchase.

Delivery too slow!
I was staggered that the order took so long to be delivered. How hard is it to put two replacement handles in a Jiffy bag and post promptly. When I queried the progress of my order, which to me was urgent as the handle on my bathroom window had sheared off, I was told to allow 14 days. Small wonder that we have all learned to rely on Amazon with it's next day delivery. I would also add that when the replacement handles did arrive, the screws were too long. I had to salvage the screws from the broken handle.

Too slow to dispatch
Only ordered couple of house numbers as not showing despatched a week after ordering. Anglian say to expect 2 weeks, no mention of that when ordering.

Product very good
Product very good , unfortunately had to contact them to check when to expect delivery and was told that normal delivery is up to 2 weeks . I think they should make customers aware of this at the time of purchase especially if expecting prompt delivery .
