No real issues.
This was the only place that had what I wanted. Ordered it with no problem and got a confirmation email of my order. I then waited for about 5 days and had no response about my shipment. Tried to call the number but it just told me something about something else and then cut off. Got through to a sales person, I think about windows lol and he told me it can be 7/10 days before it should arrive and that no one is actually in the office for parts due to covid. Anyway left it a few more days and it just arrived out the blue. I would suggest at least give a shipping email to confirm its on the way. It'll just reassue customers.

Outraged by disgraceful lack of customer care and having my home security out at considerable risk.
It could not be made more difficult to purchase a replacement handle. Indeed it now seems that I have to replace the entire door because you claim to no longer make the handle that fits my particular door. This is outrageous and not acceptable. Why alter the door handles so that the spindle and locks are just that little bit different as to make it impossible to replace the handle. You give no advice as to where one might acquire a suitable handle…… you should have stockpiles of handles from your previous range or inform your past customers before stopping production of the handle so that they might purchase in advance in the evening my of a handle needing replacing. I shall be taking this matter further and sighting Anglian as causing my home to be made insecure as a result.

I ordered a set of front door handles…
I ordered a set of front door handles from your web page.They appeared to be the correct replacement but on receipt you Have changed the design and now the handle spindle is not placed in the centre.Obviously I can’t use them.One of your sales reps told me that there is no replacement and that according to him I would need to replace the door.How ridiculous.I’m now looking at other suppliers.I can’t recommend you to anyone if the doors go out of fashion in twenty years.
